Apps take advantage of the Apple devices’ beautiful displays, touch screens, motion sensitive interfaces, and mobility to enhance the user experience. You can have an app that automatically detects your location and suggests places of interest to you, or that tells you if your friends are nearby. You can then have an app that lets you play games with those friends. You can have an app that helps you manage your diet or fitness regimen, or help you learn a language. You can have an app that lets you play a musical instrument on the touch screen, or you can play a high-speed car chase game using your device as a steering wheel.
